Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Month to Month
The subscription is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription does not renew.
2. Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, you can use the Service and read your savings receipt before any charge. To avoid being billed, cancel before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, the subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial.
3. Refunds
Because the subscription can be cancelled at any time and access runs to the end of the paid period, we do not generally refund partial months. We will of course refund a charge made in error.
4. Consumer Withdrawal Right
If you subscribe as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Where you ask us to begin the Service immediately during that period, you acknowledge that the right may lapse once the Service has been fully performed, and that you may owe a proportionate amount for use before withdrawal. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
