Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 June 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pauhu Fusion Compiler and related services provided by Pauhu AI Ltd (Pauhu AI Oy), Business ID (Y-tunnus) 3477255-1, through the domain pauhu.dev and the endpoint mcp.pauhu.dev (the “Service”).
By subscribing to, connecting to, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
The Service is a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that deterministically composes program code from a corpus of cited operations, published standards, and libraries. Your own AI coding assistant (copilot) connects to the Service and remains responsible for intent and composition; the Service returns composed code in response to bounded requests.
The Service is a deterministic compiler tool. It is not an artificial-intelligence system, and it does not make decisions about you. The only AI in the workflow is your own coding assistant, which you operate under your own provider’s terms.
3. Account, Subscription and API Keys
- Access requires an active subscription and the API key issued at checkout.
- Your API key is your credential and licence to access the Service. You are responsible for keeping it confidential.
- You must notify us without undue delay of any suspected unauthorised use of your key at hello@pauhu.ai.
- We may rotate or revoke keys where required for security or on termination of the subscription.
4. Acceptable Use
Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service’s corpus, composition engine, or other proprietary components;
- exceed published rate limits or circumvent access controls;
- resell, sublicense, or share access without authorisation;
- use the Service or its output to build a competing composition service.
5. Composition Scope and Warranty
The Service composes code for the operations and languages currently in its corpus. Coverage is partial and expanding; some domains and languages are not covered.
- Where a request is within coverage, the Service returns composed, cited code.
- Where a request is outside coverage, the Service returns an explicit gap. It does not fabricate code to fill an uncovered request.
No warranty of fitness. The Service and its output are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that composed code is error-free, complete, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all output before use. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Finnish or EU law.
6. Savings Receipts
The Service reports, per call, the model tokens and the inference energy that the deterministic call avoided (the “receipt”). A receipt is a measured record of calls actually made through the Service. It is not a guarantee of any specific aggregate saving, which depends on your own usage and your own AI provider’s pricing.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its corpus, composition engine, and interfaces, is the intellectual property of Pauhu AI Ltd and/or its licensors. Where a client component is published under an open-source licence, that licence governs that component. Code composed for you is yours to use, subject to the licences of any sources cited in the output. See the Licence for details.
8. Pricing and Payment
Current pricing is published at pauhu.dev (279 EUR per month at the time of writing). Payment is processed by Stripe; see our Privacy Policy. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time per the Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice; the price you are charged for a running period will not change mid-period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pauhu AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss arising from your use of composed code that you did not review. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under Finnish law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your API access is revoked and associated personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute shall be resolved by the District Court of Helsinki, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
